The adventure of Shelter from The Storm Villas began in December 2021. It represents the alliance between Virginie and Pascal around a common passion: traveling. A longing for a new experience led us to relocate, and we quickly fell in love with Costa Rica's lush vegetation, diverse wildlife, vibrant culture, and the warm hospitality of the locals. As enthusiastic hosts who enjoy decoration and cuisine, we wanted to share our values of authenticity, helpfulness, generosity, comfort, and a sense of community with our guests.

After pursuing careers in logistics and healthcare, we decided to fulfill our dream of creating a unique and luxurious villa experience. Over the course of a year and a half, we painstakingly renovated the property to provide our guests with the utmost comfort, charm, and indulgence.
